Our Defense of Awesome Apples, The Most Awesome of the Thermogenic Fruits!
In the first post on thermogenic fruits, I had mentioned that lemons and grapefruits worked due to a big help of their acids. If you remember all the way back to the first paragraph I mentioned that apples were the lowest in terms of their acid content. If the acid’s not burning the fat (the thermogenesis aspect) how’s this one of the thermogenic fruits and even more, how are apples awesome? We’ll get there, but let’s start this great defense for our awesome apples first.
Sugar in our typical diet normally contributes to a high caloric intake, but I have a surprising fact about apples. Would you agree they are both sweet and addictive? Unlike most foods in our typical diet, awesome apples are both low in calories and natural sugar! It may sound weird due to their sweetness, but that’s the case!
The Other Thermogenic Fruits Seemed Cooler With Their Killer Acid Power!
In our first post about a thermogenic diet, I mentioned briefly apples cleanse your digestive trac, so how does that act as a thermogenic? According to a post segment on eHow, they also agree with me to the point that apples are burning calories when they are cleansing your digestive trac. They also mention apples have a good amount of fiber in them. I’m wondering if there’s the corelation right there?!
Another argument in favor of our awesome apples is a little something called apple cider vinegar. Do you find yourself staying up all night trying to figure out what apple cider vinegar is? Well rest assured that you will find out the answer right now! Apple cider vinegar is a type of vinegar, which to me acts very similar as a solvent. So how does this stuff work with weight loss? I am going to have to say it is the apple cider part.
Is The Awesome Apple Part of The Thermogenic Fruits – The Verdict
So we have come to the conclusion that the lemon and grapefruit are thermogenic fruits due to their super power acidic power that eats fat like a heat (no pun intended, but it works) seeking missle. They add to that with their super low sugar and calorie combo. Although they lack in acid fighting power, they make up for it by being an awesome treat! They share the filling, low calorie, low sugar frontal assault lemon and grapefruit share. Are apples worthy of being crowned one of the thermogenic fruits, absolutely.
